Yes it needed cleaning, and I hope that’s what they were doing, but guests stay here to swim. Then went to swim morning of checkout before we left. Later was going to my car in parking lot and the worker was out front with all of them and saying goodbye as they were all leaving. I know this as I heard some of the “guests” say this. They were friends of the guy working the front desk. Came to realize the huge group that was there(kids and adults) were not staying at hotel. We actually got out cause it was too much. The first day the pool was PACKED with rowdy kids. There is a sign at front desk and at pool about how pool is for the exclusive use of guests, and wristbands required. Our biggest issue was the pool (why we take our kids there)First the water was very murky, with goggles on you could barely see hand in front of you. Stayed here for 3 nights with wife and 2 small children,had stayed there last year as well and has got worse. Whether you are on the course or hiking the network of trails, the dramatic, rugged beauty of the forest, rivers, and ocean is all here for you to enjoy. Golf at Terra Nova is a must!
